My product stopped working. What do I do?

Many of our products are covered under a 12 month warranty. For warranty claims please contact an Electus salesperson by submitting a request online.

Items that are returned faulty will be assessed and be treated in the following manner. Repaired if possible, replaced if still available and not repairable or credited if no other option is available.
