I want to view or record my Concord DVR or NVR Surveillance system on a PC

Concord surveillance systems have a phone App and a HDMI output.

To view and record on a nearby PC, buy a HDMI USB capture dongle such as XC4661, plug the Concord's HDMI cable to the dongle, and connect it to your PC's USB port. A cordless mouse such as XM5247 can be used within 10m of the Concord box to control it.

You can use the Windows Camera app, or OBS (Open Broadcaster) to view and record the Concord's video output. OBS can also rebroadcast the video to internet services, such as Youtube, and to PCs over the internet using RTSP and VLC Media Player. 

Alternatively, you can remote-view & control the Concord on a Mac or PC by installing an Android emulator (Bluestacks) and then you can install the Concord Security App on the emulator.
