How do I get a Brass Monkey fridge repaired? Do you repair fridges? How long is the fridge warranty? What is the warranty on Brass Monkey?

Brass Monkey fridges have a three year warranty. If your fridge has a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, please visit your seller with your fridge and proof of purchase in hand for warranty service. If you purchased from Electus direct, please contact us with details of your invoice.

We do not repair, replace, or work on fridges that are out of warranty, sorry. You may wish to consult with a local appliance repairer.

Spare parts are available and can be ordered for DIY repairs, such as lids, handles, wheels, fans, LCD display PCBs and LCD covers. If you do not have an account with Electus, they can be ordered over-the-counter at Jaycar and RoadTechMarine stores. 

Note that only licensed fridge technicians are permitted by law to work on the sealed cooling mechanism. We do not have any parts for the cooling mechanism or compressor control system.
