The Concord Connect phone app can notify you in real time when your cameras detect events. Your Concord system needs to be connected to the internet via a network patch cable or Wi-Fi - setup instructions here. Instructions for installing the Concord Connect App are here.
Setting up your Concord system to notify you
On the Concord's screen, right click the mouse, choose System Setup from the menu.
Type your password, and press Log in - if you saved it, just click Log in.
If you do not know your password, you can reset it.
Choose Camera from the top middle.
Tick the APP box under Push notification on the middle right of the page.
Your phone will now show App notifications whenever the cameras are triggered.
You can adjust the amount of notifications you receive for each camera individually by changing the camera alert coverage areas under Intelligent detection settings at the top right of this page.
You need to choose which camera you want to work with from the list of cameras before you click Intelligent detection settings.
You can change the times of the day that you receive notifications under Alarm period setting at the bottom right of this page.
If your phone does not receive any notifications, uninstall the App, reinstall the App, sign in, and make sure you click Allow / Yes to all popups that it shows you.
