This article applies to the following Concord V3 NVR systems:
- QV5530 (CNK8838EIBA-V3)
- QV5532 (CNK8868VIBA-V3)
- QV5534 (CNK88412AIBA-V3)
The issue
If the systems are reset, they may lose the connection to the cameras, and the individual camera screens will say username or password error instead of displaying video.
How to fix this issue
This is covered in Page 41 of the manual - click the start button on the bottom-left corner, then Setup & log in to your system, and go to Channel.
Under IP Channels, click Advanced Setup
Now click Restore IP channel connection, and press the Restore IP channel connection button.
