Customers with multiple GPS trackers can request to have them combined under one account so that you can see all the trackers with one login to the website or App, and not have to log in to each tracker individually.
To do this, please send email to support@jaycar.com.au with the name of the account you would like to have, and photos of the tracker ID serial numbers that need to be added to this account. The ID serial numbers are on the label stuck to the tracker housing, as shown below.
If you have already installed the tracker and the sticker is not visible, send it a SMS with the text check*12345678 - it will reply with the serial number in the first part of the SMS it sends back. You can copy and paste this to your email.
Note that trackers combined to an account will not show any tracking data if you log in with the individual tracker ID, instead of the account name.
