UV torches will only make UV-reactive fluids glow. These are specific fluids that respond to UV, such as UV paints and dyes that mechanics use to detect leaks. Most other fluids are not UV-reactive, unless an additive such as Luminol (as used in CSI shows) is applied to them to make them reactive.
