QM4002 Firmware update

The QM4002 7" Wireless Smart Monitor can be updated to place the Apple Carplay vertical strip menu on the right hand side of the screen. You'll need a USB stick.

The update process

Format the stick as FAT32

Download the update file

Extract the Update folder from the zip file to your PC

Copy the Update folder to the root of the stick

Plug in and power on the QM4002, wait for the home screen to load

Plug the USB stick into the USB port on the side of the QM4002

Wait for the update process to complete - do not power-off the unit!

The unit will restart and load the home screen when done

Remove the USB stick
